Tea Party Senate Races
11/16/2009, by Proloy Bhatta
Despite the fact that general election polls showed Hillary Clinton could easily have beaten McCain by over 100 electoral votes, we were told she was too much of a polarizing figure to be elected.
Polarizing or not, CNN found that 67% of registered voters feel she is qualified to be president. It is Sarah Palin, on the other hand, that appears to lack electability. 70% of these same voters stated she was not qualified to be president.
| Politician | Qualified? | Not Qualified |
| Hillary Clinton | 67 | 32 |
| Joe Biden | 50 | 48 |
| Mitt Romney | 47 | 42 |
| Mike Huckabee | 43 | 47 |
| Sarah Palin | 28 | 70 |

Our current VP, Joe Biden, was polled along with other 2012 hopefuls: Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee.
There really wasn't much new news here with this poll. In July, CBS found that 65% of adults felt Palin would not be an effective president, including a majority of Republicans.
